ABSTRACT:

A concern regarding Human Resources within an organization is really critical to reach maximum Job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is influenced by several factors such as job stress, job conflict, and social support This research will analyze how job stress, job conflict, and social support affect job satisfaction PT KIRIN. Job stress is defined as a tense condition which impacts to emotion of thinking process and the employees’ condition himself. Job stress potentially disrupt employee to carry out job tasks and eventually prevent him reaching his maximum level. Job satisfaction is described as the attitude of employee concerning aspects surrounding the job. Job satisfaction is one of important factors to get an optimal performance. When someone feels satisfied on their work, it is absolutely that they will make a maximum efforts with their optimum abillity to done their job. To get an optimum job satisfaction to each individuals, it needs a social support whether its from the family (partner in life), colleague, or boss. Someone who has a good social support can soothe the stress that come to their job. So if a worker has a great social support, they can manage a job stress very well and has a different way in looking at stress, so it can give a positif impact to workers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between work-family conflict and job stress and to analyze the social support moderated the relationship between work- family conflict and job stress. The population of this research is all operational employees in the office. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling technique. With total of 50 persons, data are collected by questionnaire method. Then, the data are processed using purposive random sampling and analyzed using reliability, validity, multicolinearity, heteroscedacity and normality test. Data is analized eiyh multiple linear regression with the help of software SPSS 19.0 for windows. The collected data is analyzed using regression analysis to examine the effect of job stress, job conflict, and social support affect job satisfaction PT KIRIN. The result of the analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between work-family conflict and job stress. The result alsoshows that social support moderated the relationship between work-family conflict and job stress, especially social support coming from family (spouse and children).
