ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational performance at Gramedia Printing unit Bandung. The sample used in this study amounted to 105 people who work at Gramedia Printing unit Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal research in which variables are measured with a Likert scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The research methods for the data analysis is regression which are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study show the positive influence either partially or simultaneously variable organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction to organizational performance. based on this research it can be concluded that organizational commitment , organizational culture , and job satisfaction affect the performance of the organization.
