ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence Customer Satisfaction. Thosse factors are Store Layout, Store Prestige, Service Quality of Store, Products, In-Store Promotion, and Support Services and Equipment. The research sample was 100 of users The Body Shop in Mall Central Park Jakarta Barat selective by purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result on this research is Store Layout, Store Prestige, Service Quality of Store, Products, In-Store Promotion, and Support Services and Equipment have positive influence to Customer Satisfaction individually. And simultaneously, all the independent variables are have influence to dependent variables.
