ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this researched is to know what is the direct effect of Leadership, Physical Work Environment and Compensation toward employee’s performance. The subject is the employee in PT DUTA WIJAYA ELEKTRINDO ENGINEERING IN WEST BEKASI. Method used to collect data in the research is questionnaire. The population in this research is the employee in PT DUTA WIJAYA ELEKTRINDO ENGINEERING with 50 people as the subject. The study sample as many as 50 people. This research uses descriptive-statistics method and casuality analisys. Nonprobability sampling with “Jenuh” sampling technique are the sampling method which are used. Results of studies have shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between variable leadership and performance, further physical work environment variables affect the performance and compensation to performance.
