ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test a theoretical model of the influence among outcome quality, interaction quality, peer – to – peer quality and customer satisfaction as well as these variables' impacts on customer loyalty. Data for this research came from 275 respondents were sick and visited the doctor at Atma Jaya hospital Jakarta Utara more than three times. For testing, analysis, and decision making about the hypothesis, this research used Structural Equational Modeling (SEM). And for statistic analysis for this research used AMOS 18.
