ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this study was to examine the factor that influence customer loyalty those factor are customer satisfaction, trust, commitment and corporate image. The research design used in this research is causality and descriptive research. The sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The variable that exist in study are measured using likert differential scale. Data analysis method is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data are processed by using validity, realibility, multiple regression analysis. The result on this research to find the significance influence from independent variables (customer satisfaction, trust, commitment and corporate image) toward dependent variable (customer loyalty).
