ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture,and Communication towards Employee Discipline PT Telkom BSD Tangerang. The data that use are from 100 sample employee at PT Telkom. The sampling method used with purposive sampling and the data that used questionare. The result from simple regression models shows that: (1) leadership has significant influence towards employee discipline PT Telkom, (2) organizational cultre has significant influence towards employee discipline PT Telkom, (3) communication has significant influence towards employee discipline PT Telkom. The result of the research showed that leadership, organizational culture, and communication has significant influence towards the employee discipline PT Telkom.
