ABSTRACT:

Human resources is a need to every company in order for the company to established itself in the market. This is an important factor since competition is getting tight in global market which was caused by factors technology and new competitors to the market. The aim of the study was to analyze and determine the influence of style of leadership, communication and work motivation on employee performance at Gading Pluit Hospital. This research uses decriptive-statistics method and casuality analisys, which has as many as 115 employee as sample. Nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique are the sampling method which are used. Simple regresion and multiple regresion are used to analyze. The result of the research indicated that style of leadership, communication and work motivation simultaneously have sugnificant effect on employee performance with determination value of 0,346 or 34,6%.
