ABSTRACT:

The important resource for a bussiness is human resources. The success of an organization comes from the ability of employees to meet performance standards that have been made by the management of operational activities to be running well. Employee performance can be impacted by many factors, such as motivation, work discipline, and communication (Prabasari and Netra 2013, 475-476). This research is to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and communication to employee performance in Duta Indah Group. The samples of this research are 35 observations from employee of Duta Indah Group. The sampling technique used was census sampling method, and data testing techniques used in this research include test validity, reliability testing with cronbach alpha, classic assumption test, and hypotesis test. The result showed that motivation are partially influenced employee performance, work discipline are partially influenced employee performance, communication are partially influenced employee performance, along with motivation, work discipline, communication are simultaneously influenced employee performance.
