FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PERUSAHAAN NON-KEUANGAN

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence firm’s performance of non-financial companies. The variables are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend, leverage, firm size, sales growth, and net profit margin. The populations used in this study are non- financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2008 to 2010. Sample selection procedure carried out by using purposive sampling method and number of sample used are 99 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that dividend, leverage, sales growth, and net profit margin have influence toward firm’s performance. However, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and firm size have no influence toward firm’s performance.Keyword :Firm’s Performance, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Dividend, Leverage, Firm Size, Sales Growth, and Net Profit Margin.
