ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT.Asuransi Jiwa Sinar Mas MSIG Life. The sample research are from 70 samples from employees Bancaassurance PT.ASURANSI JIWA SINAR MAS MSIG LIFE Jakarta. The statistical methods used to the test the hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression..The method used in this research is descriptive and causal research in which variables are measured with a Likert scale. The result showed that the leadership are partially influence employees performance,compensation partially influence employee performance,work environment partially influence employee performance along with leadership, compensation,work slyenvironment are simultaneous influenced employee performance.
