PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
To develop a human resources, company must manage their human resources effectively. The role of human resources is one very important factor in an organization to improve job satisfaction and help the organization to achieve its goal. This study aims to understand the significant effect of leadership, working environment, and communication in the job satisfaction of employee in the PT. Mustika Caraka Laksana. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal. Respondents involved in this study ware 60 employees. This study used jenuh sampling. And method for data analysis in this study is that a simple regression and multiple regression. The result on the research Leadership (x1), work environment (x2), and communication (x3) have a positive influence on job satisfaction. And simultaneously, all the independent variables are have influence to dependent variable job satisfaction (y).Keyword :Leadership, Work Environment, Communication, Job Satisfaction.
