ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of per- ceived price, quality product, product differentiation, service quality, and promotion toward purchase decision. The sample selection was done by using insidental sampling method, and sample in this research is Erha Clinic Kelapa Gading. Data used in this research was obtained from fact book and other related website. This study uses statistical analysis to examine the problem and to test the hypothesis in the study, including correlation analysis, regression, F test and t test. Data was analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistic 19. The results show significant between perceived price, quality product, product differentiation, quality service, and promotion with purchase decision in Erha Clinic Kelapa Gading. The hypothesis was tested by F test and t test to show that perceived price, quality product, product differentiation, quality service, and promotion a significant positive effect on purchase decision either partially or simultaneously.
