ABSTRACT:

The important resource for a bussiness is human resources. The success of an organization comes from the ability of employees to meet performance standards that have been made by the management of operational activities to be running well. Employee performance can be impacted by many factors, such as competency, compensation, and work environment (Sanjaya and Indrawati 2013, 205-224). This research is to determine the effect of competency, compensation, and work environment to employee performance in PT. Amcor Flexibles Indonesia. The samples of this research are 37 observations from employee of PT. Amcor Flexibles Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, and data testing techniques used in this research include test validity, reliability testing with cronbach alpha, classic assumption test, and hypotesis test. The result showed that competency are partially influenced employee performance, compensation are partially influenced employee performance, work environment are partially influenced employee performance, along with competency, compensation, work environment are simultaneously influenced employee performance.
