ABSTRACT:

The Purpose of this research is to identify the influence of working conditions, employee development, and reward towards employee motivation. The object in this research is Feodora Hotel. The sampke is selected using purposive sampling method. The data that used in this re- search are from 100 samples from employee of Feodora Hotel. The analysis of data using sample regression analysis to investigate the influence of working conditions, employee development, and reward towards employee motiva- tion. The result showed that the variables of working conditions, employee development, and reward influenced by partial or simultan to employee motivation.
