PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK, KOMUNIKASI, DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI

The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of intrinsic motivation, communication, and financial compensation on employee performance in production division PT. Gematirta Sentrapack. The object of this study is PT. Gematirta Sentrapack which located on Jl. Raya Diklat Pemda kav. 57, Legok. Saturated sampling method is used to take the samples. Total samples in this study is 50 respondents from production division. The hypothesis tested in this study are using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Variable in this study is measure by likert scale and data analysis in this study is using the program SPSS Statistic ver. 21. The results of this study showed that intrinsic motivation, communication, and financial compensation simultantly affect employee’s performance. Its showed from F test value 5,365 and has significance value 0,003. Intrinsic motivation partially affect employee’s performance through t test value 2,307 and has significance value 0,025. While communication partially affect employee’s performance through t test value 2,397 and has significance value 0,021. And financial compensation partially affect employee’s performance through t test value 2,202 and has significance value 0,032.Keyword :Intrinsic Motivation, Communication, Financial Compensation, Employee’s Performance, PT.
