ABSTRACT:

: The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of satisfaction, commitment, social benefits and special treatment benefits of customer loyalty Tunas Toyota Pecenongan In Central Jakarta. A survey was conducted in order to collect relevant empirical data. Samples used in this study amotmted to 100 people to do purchases cars Toyota at Tunas Toyota Pecenongan in central Jakarta. The Data was analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal research in which variables are measured with a Likert scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Hypothesis testing showed that satisfaction, commitment, social benefits and special treatment benefits of customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. Based on this research it can be concluded that commitment, social benefits and special treatment benefits and the effect on costomer loyalty.
