PENGARUH SHOPPING CONVENIENCE, SITE DESIGN, INFORMATIVENESS, SECURITY DAN COMMUNICATION TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ONLINE RETAILING
The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of shopping convenience, site design, informativeness, security, and communication of customer satisfaction online retailing Zalora. The research design used in this research is descriptive and causality research. The sampling in the research was convenience sampling and uses 100 respondents. Data is used the primary data, and the methods for the analysis is regression and multiple regression. The result of this research is shopping convenience, site design, informativeness, security, and communication have a positives influence to customer satisfaction individually. And simultaneously, all the independents variables are have influence to the dependent variable customer satisfaction.Keyword :Shopping Convenience, Site Design, Informativeness, Security, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction.
