PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI VISI, PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN DAN MOTIVASI KARYAWAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KARYAWAN DI PT.TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, Tbk (TELKOM) DIVISI ENTERPRISE SERVICE JAKARTA
Leadership style applied to the PT. Telkom is a leadership style that adjust with the work situation, needs of the organization as well as the subordinate condition. It can be seen in the provision of duty, in which all employees of PT. Telkom is able to perform tasks in a structured without instructions from his superiors. Directing the work done in a participatory manner, the leader in this case attempted to ask and use the suggestions from subordinates, but it pemimpinpun provide guidance in the form of breakthroughs that will be done for the sake of advancement PT. Telkom. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vision communication, employee empowerment and motivation of employees. Object of this research is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (TELKOM) Division Enterprise Service Jakarta. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study came from a sample of 100 employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (TELKOM) Division Enterprise Service Jakarta. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed a vision of communication and motivation of employees affected by the gratification of employees, while empowering employees is not influenced by employee satisfaction.Keyword :vision communication, empowerment of employee, motivation employee, and employees satisfaction.
