ABSTRACT:

Attainment of the company’s goals are not separated from the performance that generated by the employees. Reflected in a company's performance of the work of employees in the company both in quality and quantity. Therefore, companies must understand the factors that can affect the performance of employees. This study aims to investigate the influence of several factors such as compensation, promotion and job training on employee performance. The questionnaires were distributed to 114 respondents, they are managers and staff managements in PT. Agung Poly Nugraha. The. results of the study found that compensation influence the employee performance, promotion system influence the employee performance, and job training influence the employee performance.
