ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of satisfaction, trust, and net benefits toward repurchase Intention of www.tunehotel.com in Jakarta. The research design used in this research is causality and descriptive research. The sampling uses in this study was purposive sampling and uses 100 respondents. Data for this study is used the primary data, where the questionnaire spreaded to 100 respondents for gathering the datas. And the methods for the data analysisi is regression, which are simple regression and multiple regression. The result on this research is satisfaction, trust, and net benefits have influence to the repurchase intention. And simultaneously, all the independent variables are have influence to the dependent variabel repurchase intention.
