ABSTRACT:

The important resource for hospitality industry is human resource, because HR here is to be a milestone to providing good services to customers. Before company get customers satisfaction, company must think first about their employee job satisfaction because job satisfaction is a major problem that many company have to face it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of organization commitment to employee, job satisfaction, compensation to employee job satisfaction, organization culture to employee job satisfaction, motivation to employee job satisfaction and organization climate to employee job satisfaction along with the influence of organization commitment, compensation, organization culture, motivation and organization climate to employee job satisfaction. The object in the research is Hotel Grand Cempaka. One of many four-stars hotel in Jakarta. The sample is selected using purposive sampling method. The data for this research are from 80 samples from employees of Hotel Grand Cempaka. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression.The results showed that the organization commitment are partially influenced employee job satisfaction, compensation partially influenced employee job satisfaction, organization culture are partially influence employee job satisfaction, motivation are partially influenced employee job satisfaction, organization culture are partially influence employee job satisfaction and organization climate are partially influence employee job satisfaction along with organization commitment, compensation, motivation, organization culture, and organization climate are simultaneously influenced employee job satisfaction.
