ANALISA PENGARUH SATISFACTION, LOCATIONAL CONVENIENCE, DAN COMMITMENT TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY
This research relies on the Marketing Management with more concentration on the customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to analysis the influence satisfaction, locational convenience, and commitment to customer loyalty at RUMAHKITA Jakarta. This object research’s are customers at RUMAHKITA Jakarta they are 100 respondent were used as sample. Research sample using with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20,0 programs. The result of this research show that Satisfaction, Locational Convenience, and Commitment have influence Customer Loyalty.Keyword :Satisfaction, Locational Convenience, Commitment, Customer Loyalty.
