ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment toward employee’s performance.The research method used on this research are the descriptive and causal techniques which variables are measured with an unbalance Likert scale. Samples are collected by distributing 94 questionnaires to respondents whose fulfill the criteria’s requirement. And samples are processed by IBM SPSS software 19.0 versions with descriptive analysis and hypothesis which tested by single and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research show that compensation and motivation have influence to employee’s performance, but organizational commitment has no influence to employee’s performance. Overall all the independent variables which are compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment have influence to employee’s performance in PT. Maxindo Mitra Solusi.
