ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of satisfaction with existing menu, brand attitude, and trust with innovativeness Pizza Hut. This research is also to improve the results of prior researches. Population of this research is consumers Pizza Hut Bekasi free standing in three locations : Grand Wisata, Harapan Indah and Komsen Jatiasih. Researcher choose 150 respondent as the sample of this research using convenience sampling. This research use multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. The result have shows that there are influence among satisfaction with existing menu, brand attitude, and trust with innovativeness Pizza Hut.
