ABSTRACT:

This research is intented to investigate the influence of existence needs to employee loyalty, relatedness needs to employee loyalty and growth needs to employee loyalty along with the influence existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs to employee loyalty. The object in the research is FinWinner PT. Prudential Life Assurance at Sudirman Jakarta. The sample is selected using purposive sampling method. The data for this research are from 95 samples from employees of FinWinner PT. Prudential Life Assurance. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. Further, data collected was analyzed using regression equation by deployed SPSS (Statiscal Package for Social Science) software version 16.0. The results showed that the existence needs are partially influenced employee loyalty, relatedness needs partially influenced employee loyalty, growth needs are partially influenced employee loyalty, along with existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs are simultaneously influenced employee loyalty.
