ABSTRACT:

The company’s development is inseparable from the quality of employees, those who actively make efforts to achieve organizational goal and sustainanbility of organizational life. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of training and development, participation, and performance appraisal towards the organizational performance of SMART, Tbk. This research form used descriptive and associatif causal. A survey questionnaire was utilized to collect data. Respondent were employees at SMART Tbk, Jakarta. This research used purposive sampling method and distributed 105 questionnaire. The data was analyzed with the simple regression and multiple regression. The result showed that training and development, participation, and performance appraisal have a significant influence correlation towards organizational performance of SMART, Tbk.
