PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

This research were done, in order to determined the effect of the work discipline, leadership styles, and work motivation that influenced the employee performance in Direktorat Pelayanan Haji Dalam Negeri. The sample of this study conducted on 50 employees of Direktorat Pelayanan Haji Dalam Negeri using non - probability sampling technique which is saturated sampling. Data for this study comes from primary source by distributing questionnaires with likert scale. This research uses descKeyword :Work Discipline, Leadership Styles, Work Motivation ,and Employee Performance.
