ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Cultural Organization, Actualization Self and Reward to the work achievement. This study was also to compare result of the previous research within the research. Data for this research came from 87 respondents of employees Hotel Best Western Hariston. For testing, analysis, and decision making about the hypothesis, this research used SPSS progam and Multiple Regresion method. The Results of this research, by partially showed that each Independent Variables such as Cultural Organization, Actualization Self and Reward are influence toward Best Western Hariston Hotel Employees Work Achievement.
