The improvement of employee’s performance itself can be influenced by some factors, which couple of them are the factors ofmotivation, discipline, and satisfaction towards to the performance of jobholders at MANDIRI UNIVERSITY PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) Tbk. JAKARTA. This research uses descriptive-statistics method and causality analisys, which has as many as 71 people as sample.
